I help partners gently uncover and work through those wounds using faith-based values like grace, repentance, forgiveness, and reconciliation, alongside hands-on tools from therapy and coaching (skills for managing emotions, changing unhelpful thoughts, and calming the body). The goal is to build honesty, restore trust, and give couples everyday ways to relate differently and reconnect for the long term.
