Individual Therapy
I offer counseling services via Zoom to all of Texas and Kentucky and in person at my office in Somerset, KY. I specialize in sexual addiction and trauma but frequently work with a wide range of mental health issues. I offer EMDR therapy for those seeking help for trauma or complex PTSD.
Couple’s Counseling
I work with couples to develop communication skills, heal past wounds, and increase intimacy. My approach combines principles from The Gottman Method with other theories such as Narrative Theory and Cognitive Theory.
Biblical Counseling is available to those seeking faith-based counseling.
Christian Counseling
For both individuals and couples who are Christian, I offer Christian Counseling combined with psychological theory to offer a counseling experience that is both Christ-centered and informed by evidence-based theory.
